LSWR 0415 4-4-2T No 0488. The Coaches are lettered "Military Camp Railway", Loco was renumbered 0488 in March 1914 and sold to the Ministry of Munitions in September 1917, for use at Ridham Salvage Depot, Sittingbourne, Kent so I would suggest it might be there!
