GER 136 1902-11 Stratford Works

Great Eastern Railway Holden 'C53' (LNER 'J70') class 0-6-0 Tram Engine No. 136. Built at Stratford in November 1903 and withdrawn in Mar. 1953 as BR No. 68217. Brand new 'C53' No. 136 poses for an official portrait at Stratford in 1903. I have seen many photographs of these curious locomotives but seldom in such clean condition!
