This is Newbold Troughs just north of Rugby and the photo is of an up train taken from the Parkfield Road bridge,

A dramatic view of what happens when the fireman hasn't lifted the water scoop before his tender is full as Duchess of Sutherland has reached the end of the troughs with the scoop still down although by now it has clearly taken on board more water than required, providing the lucky cameraman with such a fine picture, despite the intruding telephone wires!
Withdrawn in February 1964 following four months being stored out of use from Liverpool's Edge Hill Depot Duchess of Sutherland was purchased by Butlin's for display at their Heads of Ayr Holiday Camp. 46233 remained there until 1976 before going to the Bressingham Steam Museum and then to Butterley in 1996, returning to traffic on Steam Specials from 2001.
