The juxtaposition between a Stanier 'Coronation' class Pacific and Palethorpe's Pork Sausages is - well - different! Here is just that occurrence at Crewe in 1951. 46230 'Duchess of Buccleuch' is ready for the 'off', whilst Fowler 'Jinty' 47414 is alongside on station pilot duties. p.s. How is 'Buccleuch' pronounced, 'Buck-Loo' perhaps...?
