Heading a line of locomotives at Crewe Works in October 1937 is LMS Stanier 'Coronation' 4-6-2 No. 6221 'Queen Elizabeth'. She is just four months old and is seen in the blue/silver liver as applied from new. She was built at Crewe in June 1937 and would be withdrawn in May 1863 as BR No. 46221.
