WD 2-8-0 No 90348 at Ryhope Grange Junction with a coal train recorded as for Sunderland South Dock, but taking the route to Sunderland Central station on 9 June 1967.
Whilst a J27 in the distance comes up from South dock on the former NER lines undoubtable with coal hopper empties. The two tracks to the right where the photographer is standing also lead to South Dock but are those of the former Londonderry Railway.
