64500 1952c near Kingskettle

NBR J35 0-6-0 No 64500 allocated to Thornton Junction around 1952 on a freight heading south from Kingskettle up towards Falkland Road (and then Markinch) in c1952. The occuparion bridge and sidings were just over a mile south of Kingskettle station and the telegraph poles on the right follow the New Inn - Cupar road.
The siding was the Forthar lime siding, near milepost 37.
The sign restricted LNER locomotives from entering the Forthar Lime Works Tramway which diverged to the right and can be seen passing under the roadway and will then go on to the Lime Works & Quarry.
