9570 1927c Carlisle Etterby Bridge
NBR J33 0-6-0 No 9570 heads North on a goods at Etterby Bridge near Carlisle in the late 1920s. The composition of the freight is interesting, with an ex LNWR cattle wagon in LMS livery leading but other wagons are still in pre-grouping livery such as the GC and NER opens. Further back is a GNoSR van and a Norths coal wagon together with more mineral wagons with coke raves fitted. The loco was allocated to Canal shed and condemned in January 1929.
