We " lineside cameramen " would often risk life and limb in pusuit of our quest , but I think this chap's really pushing it as he is clearly on the approach spans to the Royal Albert Bridge with just a foot or so between himself and the approaching " County of Leicester " and its train . Just how he got to this location is a mystery , as even railwaymen were only allowed across the bridge on foot by prior permission, but I would never have risked it. The train is working up from Penzance , heading into Devon , next stop Plymouth North Road. I hope he survived to tell the tale !
