NCB Andrew Barclay 0-4-0 saddle tank 'Glan Dulais' (Works No.1119 built in 1907). The train on 9 July 1966 is returning from Graig Merthyr Colliery to Pont - the halt for the miners "Paddy train" was called Goppa and was the only one with a proper platform and shelter. Just beyond the station was a sharp curve where runaway wagons would fly off into the valley below!. 'Glan Dulais' met its fate in March 1973.
