AB 1820/1924. NCB Fife Area No 51 at Minto Colliery, Lochgelly on 20th January 1968. The mine had opened in 1903 but ceased production in September 1967 and the two locomotives that worked there (Nos 42 and 51) were made redundant. They were both scrapped on site a few weeks after this photograph was taken.
