LNER class O2 2-8-0 No 3499 passes Brookmans Park with a New England to Hornsey coal train in 1937.

The first wagon is new to me and is from F.C.McQuilkin & Co of New Barnet (based in Station Approach, High St, New Barnet), then a GER open, then a string of six Rothervale colliery wagons followed by a NE RCH 7-plank mineral before identification impossible. The empty brake van half way down the train is unusual.
