Withdrawn in October 1965 it was initially stored at Oxford shed then sold in December to J. Friswell of Banbury who cut it up at the rear of Banbury shed. It was a protracted process, reports in the RO indicate it was started in January 1966 but was still 'partially cut up' on 23rd of April! This still looks like winter to me so despite the advanced condition of the scrapping it is not April. Furthermore the other tender must belong to one of the Halls scrapped there and these were all recorded as completed by the end of February 1966.
