6842 1963 Birmingham Snow Hill

No.6842 Nunhold Grange on the Down through road with a train of oil tankers, presumably empty since there is no barrier wagon. The ‘Grange’ was at Stourbridge Junction from September 1962 until transferred to Tyseley in April 1964. In the background is the thirteen storey Lloyd House which opened in 1963 as the headquarters for the Birmingham City Police.
