As Tony Roberts says "Noticeable and rather concerning for a running road, is the large rail gap before the point frog that the loco is about to run over. Though on the joining road, the lack of two bolts in the fishplate at the point frog side suggests that the bolts had fractured and not been replaced. The gap also suggests that the rail and fishplate holes did not align." - well spotted Tony!
