A favourite location for photographers at York was Dringhouses on the Southern approach to the city. This 1920s view sees ex-NER W. Worsdell 'S1' (LNER 'B5') class 4-6-0 No. 2115 passing Mayfield Grove (on the right) and heading south probably for Leeds.
