NSR 1P 2-4-0T No 1451 with an ECS train of NLR stock entering Poplar on 15 January 1927. This tank was briefly tried on the heavy NLR trains and I believe this is the only photo of it down there.
LMS built 3F tanks were found to be the motive power solution.
