Southern Railway designed Bulleid 'West Country' class 4-6-2 No. 34098 'Templecombe' Built at Brighton in December 1949, rebuilt at Eastleigh with conventional valve gear and modified outline in Feb. 1960 and withdrawn in June 1967. A beautiful, crisp March 1957 photograph of 34098 near Herne Bay in Kent.
