MSWJR 2-4-0 No 1334 at an unidentified location in the 1930s. There is a signal in the distance and what may be a cattle dock so it must be leaving a station. I have checked the OPC book and it is not on the Lambourn branch, so it is likely to be somewhere on the DN&S which is where the locomotive normally worked.
Compton would appear to a likely location, with the vicarage behind the loco and the missing overbridge near the rear of the train.
