Junction for Norwich Victoria station - by then demoted to just a goods station. Unless it is to stop derailed vehicles toppling over, the purpose of the chaired piece of rail in the foreground after the catch point remains a mystery to me at least! One suggestion is although only one point rod is now visible, there appears to be a large run of point rodding roller frames on the right. The piece of rail would presumably prevent a vehicle coming off the catch point being directed towards the point rodding and signal wires.
Note the leading vehicle, a GER built 6 wheeled parcels van.
