2395 is one of the Fowler "Limousine Cab" 2-6-4T's. It hauls a pair of those neat 3 coach rakes made from standard LMS stock. There is a gradient post telling us it is going up gradient and there is a slag heap in the background. I suspect it is around Cannock.
