GWR 28XX 2-8-0 No 2837 banked by 4150 with down goods passes Tigley on 29 June 1958.

Peter Kerslake says "Some 210 miles from Paddington and now on a less demanding one in ninety gradient, having passed the steepest part of Rattery bank at its one in forty six climb a short distance behind 2837 heads a mixed freight with 4150 helping as far a Marley tunnel a short distance ahead.
My 1956 shed book has 2837 housed at Cardiff Canton with 4150 at Taunton, but the latter had moved to Newton Abbot by 1958, the 2-8-0 was still at Canton".
