60927 was one of only two V2s (the other was 60970) with modified steam brake for the loco and tender. All other V2s had vacuum brake on loco and tender. The give away is the brake block on the wheels. Steam braked has brake blocks on the front of the treads. Vacuum brake has brake blocks to the rear. The modification to the two locos was done in 1947
