60915 is carrying s reversed nameboard. We believe 60915 was a regular engine on Kings Cross - Saltburn, "The Tees -Thames" so it is likely to be that nameboard.
The diagram involves the southbound engine coming off at York and working a parcels back to Darlington and then light engine to Thornaby so I suspect the headboard has been carried reversed on this returning part of the diagram.
