Absolutely immaculate, Kings Cross allocated ex-LNER Gresley 'V2' 60909 is obviously on a running-in turn as it passes High Dyke sidings in Lincolnshire with an up mixed freight. Even the smokebox-mounted worksplate looks to have received a polish! Photo dated Thursday 29th April 1955.
