Green with small yellow panel yet still un-named.

Peter Kerslake says "Allocated to Edinburgh's Haymarket depot from being newly built in May of 1961 Deltic D9004 was named "Queen's Own Highlander" on the 23rd.May of 1964, moving to York Motive Power Depot in mid May, 1979 and remaining in service until November of 1981.
This view shows one of the more attractive liveries applied to the Deltics during their working lives, with its two tone green, smaller yellow front ends and white painted cabs.
The massive fuel tanks held 940 gallons of Diesel, 140 more than on the prototype Blue Deltic DP1 but he twin Napier poer units were basically the same as on the prototype."
