Peter Harrod says "The man in the foreground was a retired Dairycoates fitter who came to Bridlington at summer weekends to act as foreman, the shed having closed by then." The depot had officially closed on 1st June 1958 but the D20 left Hull Botanic Gardens for its last shed of Tweedmouth in October 1957.
