Long before its days with electric catenary installed, the late, lamented ex-GCR Sheffield Victoria Station sees an eastbound departure in 1935. The train's locomotive is LNER Gresley D49/1 No. 335 'Bedfordshire'. 335 was built at Darlington in Aug. 1928 and was withdrawn in Dec. 1957 as BR No. 62724
