SR U1 2-6-0 No 31908 with the 2.45pm Tunbridge Wells-Tonbridge approaching Tonbridge on 19 April 1958. This is Somerhill tunnel or Vauxhall Tunnel, as it was known from the outset, was located 44-chains south of the junction with the main line at Tonbridge. It was singled in 1986. The coaching stock set looks very much like a LBSC Push Pull set, possibly No.729.
