Ex-War Department Riddles 'WD' class 2-8-0 No. 90725. Built by Vulcan Foundry in April 1945 as WD No. 79303 and withdrawn in August 1965. You can almost feel the cold in this wonderful December 1962 image by the late Paul Claxton, taken at Singleton in perfect photographic conditions.
