I really enjoy the detective work that follows after acquiring a negative without a jot of identification! The two BR 'Standard 4s' are 76078 and 76081 and both were allocated in the 1960s to Sutton Oak MPD in St. Helens, Lancashire. Looking at old OS maps showed a goods yard adjacent to St. Helens Station but this entire area has either beeen redeveloped or disappeared under tree growth. It was the old goods shed, still existing, that was the final confirming clue!
