The paint has faded!

Allistair Taylor says "08777 was painted green at BG depot on May 4th 1985 and was ready for transfers, when somebody from HQ saw it and the depot was told to repaint it blue, this was done with undercoat only and no gloss coat. The carriage washing plant quickly faded the blue as seen here".
