It carries a 81A shed plate so it is before spring 1952 and looking at the trees it is summer so before the autumn of 1951. The hoppers are for Limestone or Iron Ore, most likely the latter and the train is not standing on a double track running line as there are lots of weeds. I suspect this is the Oxfordshire Ironstone Company sidings near Banbury.
