We suspect this is around the Petts Wood area but Petts Wood to Orpington was 4 track. Robert Waterman says "Looks like the Weald of Kent after 3rd rail laid but before actual electrification. Looks like it is an up service to Charing Cross using one of the 'Man of Kent' sets - the 3 coach set was always at the London end."
