Leaving Brockenhurst on an up Lymington. Further to comments about the class not being allowed onto the branch Brian Gregory says "Schools went all the way down to Lymington Pier on many occasions, normally Saturdays when during the summer I would be there next to them waiting for my Uncle, who was the Chief Engineer on the Paddler 'Faringford' to come off shift".
