Ex-SR No 90 ‘Caen’ Class B4 Dock Tank at Southampton in 1934. The contraption looking like a motor cycle cylinder on top of the boiler fed linseed oil into the water. These engines were unusual in having internal Stephenson valve gear with outside cylinders (as GWR).
