GWR 15XX 0-6-0PT No 1504 with ECS entering Paddington on 17 July 1960.

Peter Kerslake adds "The fifth of the 15xx class of ten heavy shunting engines built at Swindon from 1949, 1504 is doing just what the class were intended for as it runs a rake of empty stock into Paddington's Platform 2."

Bill Elkins a former Old Oak driver says says "Lamps Top and Middle, No.4 target, ECS into Paddington? I just cannot fathom where this stock originated from. Top and Right was the correct lamp arrangement for OOC - Paddington ECS working, so perhaps the fireman has placed his lamps in error."
