LMS Jubilee 4-6-0 No 45563 Australia near Beattock in c1963. 45563 is running south having passed Beattock Summit. The shot has been taken from the overbridge/aqueduct about a half mile south of the summit. One can see the road traffic in the left background on the old A74 road that ran between Carlisle and Glasgow. 45563 is very probably on a Glasgow Central-Lockerbie stopping train with its 3 coaches which was normal for this service.
