LMS Jubilee 4-6-0 No 45695 Minotaur on an up express from Glasgow (possibly train W432) approaching Beattock station in c1951. The loco moved from Bank Hall to Farnley Junction in October 1952 so it is likely to be before then. In this view the shed is at the left and the Moffat branch curves away under the right arch of the bridge in the distance. It is this bridge from which the majority of the pictures at Beattock station were taken.
