LMS Jubilee 4-6-0 No 45666 Cornwallis with a freight in the 1950s climbing southbound having passed under overbridge 139 'Edge Brow'. Note the old tall LNW Milepost 42 1/2 is on the left (down) side. The house at the bridge, the roof of which can just be seen, is now gone. The next bridge to the south carries the A6.
