45565 hauled the Jubilee Railway Society's 'The South Yorkshireman No.6 Rail Tour' from Bradford Forster Square, visiting Carlisle Kingmoor, Glasgow Eastfield Polmadie sheds. A series of photographs taken by a tour participant show an obvious problem with the locomotive, as the smokebox door was in good condition leaving Bradford and slightly burnt on arrival at Carlisle. After the thrash up Beattock Bank, it was found to be severely warped on arrival at Glasgow.
