Jubilee' 45650 Blake in the yard at Bedford shed in February 1963. It was a long-standing Midland Division engine since 1938 and was one of no less than eighteen 'Jubilees' transferred to Burton in 1961, and was withdrawn from there in January 1963 but was stored at Bedford shed for several months before going to Crewe Works for scrapping. No.45650 was one of the fifty 'Jubilees' built with a Stanier 3,500 gallon tender which it retained until withdrawn. These were almost identical with the standard 4,000 gallon variety, the only noticeable difference being the shorter length and the position of the horizontal line of rivets on the tank side.
