In early pre 1928 livery. At first I thought the tender had just been partially cleaned, but now I think it has had a partial repaint when it was re-numbered to allow movement between locos. I have seen this on other photos taken at Toton yard, so I wonder if this was done locally not at Derby works. The first wagon carries a brand new container. Estimated date.
