WD 2-10-0 No 90764 near ? in c1950.

There were only a handful of water troughs on the ScR, Gretna and New Cumnock spring to mind.

Jamie says "My guess is Strawfank on the Caley (WCML) just south of Carstairs with the train heading north. Not found conclusive evidence but a Motherwell loco, flat bottom rail and what looks a lot like the troughs between the rails". That could be Float Viaduct in the distance, or more likely protection over the farmers underbridge.
