A rare view of NBL Type 2 No D6124 at March shed in April 1960. Allocated to Ipswich from new in October 1959, it was due to be re-allocated to Haymarket in March 1960 but the allocation was cancelled, the loco not moving to Eastfield until May 1960. As this is April one wonders if the loco was still in use by Norwich or the ER or indeed en-route to Scotland?
