The other 0F 0-4-0T at Lostock Hall was the BR built version which had a shorter tank and had been allocated to Preston from new in December 1953, transferring to Lostock Hall in September 1961 after the fire at the former shed. No. 47008 was photographed on the last day of September 1962 with WD 2-8-0 No. 90720.
