With the Deltic Preservation Society's Deltic Silver Jubilee Railtour of 5 July 1986 which the pair worked from Kings Cross to the MRC Codnor Park Jcn then on to Malton followed by return to London. I believe the train is between Malton & Scarborough having discharged its passengers into buses for the trip to Pickering. The headboard has been removed for use on the front of 55019 on the NYMR.

Due to limited space at Malton and Summer Saturday working, The train would have to run to Scarborough for servicing & stabling. Thanks to Vic Smith for solving this mystery.
