32xx 1920s Aberystwyth

GWR Duke arrives at Aberystwyth with a circular XXXX XXXX Tour Headboard. I have never seen one of these before! I think this is 1920s as there are dark coaches everywhere. I don't think it is post WW2 as there is no modern stock in this or the sister shot.
