LNER P2 2-8-2 No 2001 Cock o' the North crosses the Royal Border Bridge on its way back from Doncaster to Scotland on after repair at Doncaster in 1938. It paid Doncaster three visits in 1938. The foliage suggests later than April when it was given a streamlined front end.
