Nigel Hicks points out that if this were D2040 as the neg said , it would be an 03, but it's an 04, an early member of the class with the small cab side windows, taller cab side sheets, drainpipe exhaust & shallow buffer beams.
Parkeston Quay 30F had D2208/9/11 allocated there at the time (it's not D2200 as this had different windows) so it is one of that trio.
